Omg, I just realized that I haven’t written a proper post in ages and ages. Sorry! 🙂
Today I knit the bow for the elephant I did a couple of weeks ago. As I couldn’t find a good pattern online, I just made it up. Soooo here is my pattern:
For the main body of the bow I cast on 15 stitches. As usual I used size 2,5 needles and the yarn is Lana Grossa Merino Superfein. I knit about 2,5 cms in garter stitch before casting off and sewing in the ends.
For the middle part of the bow I cast on 5 stitches. I knit about 3 cms in garter stitch before casting off.
Then scrunch the main body together in the middle and sew the middle part around it. Don’t cut off the loose ends yet, as they can be used to sew it onto something.
And here is how Mrs. Elli Fant looks with her bow:
More pictures and yarn/needle details and the pattern for that elephant can be found on my ravelry page: http://ravel.me/aravis83/fpe
